I provide evidence-based, compassionate, and supportive therapy treatment to individuals struggling with anxiety, dating, peer relationships, life transitions, and personal/career/school related development. My approaches include a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, coaching, and exposure therapy.
I have a vast interest and experience in treating different areas and types of anxiety, assertiveness, panic, self-advocacy, dating, self esteem, and autism spectrum disorder.
I have been described as having a ‘direct’ style, playing an active part in the therapeutic relationship. Therapy is a safe space to explore emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and patterns. I will be your ally, coach, and support in both creating and reaching goals together.
I received my Masters of Art from Santa Clara University, and reside in the bay area with my kids and family (human and fur). I am also bilingual in Russian, and am of Jewish ethnicity. In my past life I participated in both competitive sports and dance.
Taking the next step in your journey takes courage and strength. If you or your child are looking to take that next step, I welcome you to contact me. I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to determine if we would be a good fit.
